NOTE: For the period of December 20-31, the only delivery slot available will be between 12pm and 4pm to accommodate volume. If you require your order at a different time, please mention that in your notes and we will connect with you to talk logistics!

Please note, there is a $300 minimum spend per delivery. Orders must be placed with 72 hours notice. Please note, we cannot guarantee capacity on any given day. The 72 hour turn around period does not take into account capacity maximum which may occur during peak season.
We cannot modify any item. Our room temperature options are designed to travel well and sit out safely for 2-4 hours. View the rest of our FAQ's here.

A delivery order is only confirmed once payment is processed. You will receive a confirmation email once completed. You can make adjustments to your order by logging into your account and editing the upcoming order.
FOR DELIVERIES: please be phone-accessible during the delivery window. The driver will call upon arrival. Once onsite, if we are unable to complete the delivery due to extraneous factors (such as load dock or security issues, etc), the driver will call you with an alternative location to meet them in order to safely and efficiently deliver your order. If a second delivery attempt is required, additional fees may apply. The same applies to platter pick-ups.

We cannot guarantee no cross-contamination for any allergy. elle cuisine follows all recommended food safety guidelines during preparation and delivery. We are not responsible for food safety once items have been delivered.
