These clients were eclectic, outrageous (in the best way), and a ton of fun! They were committed to hosting a “Burning Man” themed wedding that was anything but traditional. With lounge seating, bottle service, a massive open kitchen in the middle of the venue, and a fire-breathing dragon, this wedding was incomparable.
The menu featured their favourite foods inspired by their favourite local Toronto restaurants and travel experiences.
In our massive open concept kitchen located in the middle of the large industrial venue space (The Symes Venue), we served everything from big mac steam buns to wagyu fried rice, Cavolo Nero kale salad from Gusto 101 and the Caesar salad from Super Point.
We served a variety of 10 hors d’oeuvres and 6 food stations to serve 250 hungry guests! WHAT A NIGHT!
