Ubisoft Summer Party 2016
Going into this one, Ubisoft had a specific vision. Growth, Maturation, Aging, Patience; all of these adjectives were the core behind the theme for this Summer Garden Party. With our first ever Living Garden Salad bar, elle had such fun pulling this together and going with the flow of the evening.
Highlight of the night had to be our Smokehouse Station, with Chef Lauren Mozer smoking and grilling meats onsite and carving brisket, pulled pork, ribs, whole chicken, and lamb to order. We served the smoked meat with jalapeno cornbread, baked mac’n cheese, potato salad, and a tangy slaw. Homemade BBQ sauces and hot sauce for the win!
