My Best Friend's Wedding
This summer, Steph and Piers flew from London to host their romantic, rustic, Kawartha cottage inspired wedding. Steph is Toronto born, while Piers is from Kent, UK. They met in London, fell madly in love, and the rest is history.
elle cuisine managed all the details, from coordinating the floral and decor, to the band and venue, Steph trusted the elle team to take deliver her vision while she planned from afar.
The menu took centre stage, as both Steph and Piers are enthusiastic foodies. We made sure to feature Canadian and English components throughout.
Some of the highlights:
Bite-sized Yorkshire pudding with rare roast tenderloin, beef jus, fresh horseradish
Mini lobster roll, with tarragon tartar sauce and homemade brioche buns
Sticky Toffee Pudding (of course, clearly an elle cuisine go-to).
To top it off, Chef Lauren Mozer was a bridesmaid, so our team worked extra hard to ensure their boss lady was taken care of all night (and it didn’t go unnoticed).
