A special menu for a special occasion

When our best girl Carolee celebrated her birthday, we went all out.  Her favourite dessert is our scrumptious sticky toffee pudding.  It also photographs incredibly well, don’t you think?

Other menu items that we can’t not tell you about:

  • kale caesar with soft boiled egg, confit pork belly, pickled pink onions
  • handmade gnocchi (spinach & yukon gold) with San Marzano tomato sauce, roasted cherry tomatoes, charred rapini heads, parmesan reggiano, micro greens
  • 24 hour braised beef short rib a la bourguignon, roasted butternut squash, chive & garlic mash, asparagus, red wine jus, carrot crisps
  • curried root vegetable soup, braised oxtail croquette, coconut lime crema, zesty micro sprouts
  • roasted beet risotto, housemade basil infused ricotta cheese, micro basil, yellow beet chip
