elle cuisine & Beam Suntory pop up holiday event
For yet another one of our pop up events, we collaborated with Beam Suntory. Chef Lauren Mozer and Whisky expert/brand ambassador Matt Jones created a unique tasting menu that featured Bourbon pairings with each course. To top it of, Chef Lauren featured the various Bourbons in the preparation of each dish.
The chefs made bourbon-cured Gravlox, bourbon-spiked French onion soup, bourbon-braised pork belly, and bourbon butterscotch soaked sticky toffee pudding.
