We’re constantly inspired by the changing of the seasons, and fall is definitely a favourite. Fall is vibrant by its very nature, with awe-inspiring colours and familiar scents! These distinct times of the year bring unique and delicious flavors. During each season we like to experiment and create specialized tasting menus to match the feelings we experience. We love to dream up and prepare dishes that would fit the mood and take on the look and feel of the season.
