Carolee Tindale

Director of Events

For as long as Carolee can remember, she has taken great joy in entertaining and hosting parties and events. After attending George Brown for Catering Management, Carolee focused on her event planning training, receiving her Wedding Planning Certificate from the WPIC. She’s enthused to combine her love for food and event planning in her role as Director of Events for elle cuisine. Her go-getter attitude and attention to detail make her the perfect point of contact for any client that comes our way!

Carolee’s favourite elle creation is the aged cheddar and truffle perogie with chive & lemon crème fraiche and caramelized onions.

Natalie Degrassi

Director of Events

Before working for elle, Natalie was the executive coordinator at a national cancer charity, managing all the administrative aspects of their online campaigns. Her experience and organizational skills, combined with her love of food and new challenges make her a great fit as elle’s Director of Events.

Natalie’s favourite elle creations (because she can’t choose just one) are the bite-sized wild mushroom and truffle arancini and the braised lamb meatballs.

Nisha Valliere

Administrative Manager

Nisha is no stranger to the food industry. For years throughout high school and university, she’s worked various FOH (front of house) positions, from waitressing to expediting at a busy restaurant downtown. In an addition to her industry experience, in more recent years, she’s gained financial experience working at a bank, and valuable HR experience working with an international non-profit. She thanks her psychology degree from UofT for her excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Most importantly, Nisha’s passion for everything food (she especially loves to bake) makes her a perfect fit for the team!

Favourite elle item: she can’t just pick one, but if she has to it would probably be our flourless chocolate torte with homemade mint & vanilla bean ice cream.
